Registration deadline is the Tuesday of the competition week at 23:59. Entries can be entered via Swimrankings.net Entry Manager at https://www.swimrankings.net/manager or sent on fully and correctly completed registration form (ask form via email) to email email@example.com
Late entries at 9 € per start can be sent until 19:59 of Thursday of the competition week.
Withdraw deadline is the Thursday of the competition week at 19:59. Withdraws should be sent to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All stages entry fee: 7€ per start. In the finals participation fee:14 € per athlete.
The invoices for Estonian teams will be issued at the end of the competition. Foreign teams are required to pay the participation fee in cash at the venue. The invoices are created based on the number of athletes at the withdraw deadline.
During the stages, every event in every category will be awarded as following: I place with medal, diploma and sponsor’s prize, II-III place with medal and diploma, IV-VI place with diploma. In the finals, I-III place will be awarded with medal, diploma and prize, IV-VI place with diploma. The best three clubs are (by points) awarded with Cups and the best swimmers (by FINA points) in each age category awarded with Hünerson prizes. Awards are handed out only during the awarding ceremony.

The competition will be held under FINA rules and regulations. Competition will be individual and open teams, all starts are direct finals. Heats will be seeded based on entry times, with fastest heats first.
Top 20 swimmers in each event and age category will advance to the finals based on the swim times showed during the stages.
Participation in the competitions is at athletes own risk and responsibility.
The organizer may change the structure of the competition in case of less than 200 or more than 400 participants. The rules and safety regulations of Aura Water Center are to be followed during the competition.
