Registration deadline is the Tuesday of the competition week at 23:59. Entries can be entered via Swimrankings.net Entry Manager or sent on fully and correctly completed registration form (ask form via email) to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Late entries at 8€ per start can be sent until Thursday 19:59.
Withdraw deadline is the Thursday of the competition week at 19:59. Withdraws should be sent to email: email@example.com
Entry fee: 6€ per start. The invoices for Estonian teams will be issued at the end of the competition. Foreign teams are required to pay the start fee in cash on the spot. The invoices are created based on the number of entries at the withdraw deadline.
During the stages, every event in every category will be awarded as following: I place with medal, diploma and sponsor’s prize, II-III place with medal and diploma, IV-VI place with diploma.
In the finals, every event in every category will be awarded as following: I-III place with medal, diploma and sponsor’s prize, IV-VI place with diploma. The best swimmers in each category based on FINA points with special prize.
In the finals the best three clubs will be awarded with cups, every swimmer brings points to their club as following:
I – 30p, II – 26p, III – 23p, IV – 20p, V – 18p, VI – 16p, VII – 14p, VIII – 13p, IX – 12p, X – 11p, XI – 10p, XII – 9p, XIII – 8p, XIV – 7p, XV – 6p, XVI – 5p, XVII – 4p, XVIII – 3p, XIX – 2p, XX – 1p

The competition will be held under FINA rules and regulations. Competition will be individual and open teams, all starts are direct finals. Heats will be seeded based on entry times, with fastest heats first.
Top 20 swimmers in each event and age category will advance to the finals based on the swim times posted during the stages.
The organizer may change the structure of the
competition in case of less than 200 or more than 400 participants.
Participation in the event is at your own risk and responsibility. The rules and safety regulations of Aura Water Center are to be followed during the competition.

Within 15 minutes after the finished event written only on a given form, fee 40 € per protest that is returned should the protest be resolved
