Registration deadline is the Tuesday of the competition week at 23:59. Entries can be entered via Swimrankings.net Entry Manager or sent on fully and correctly completed registration form (ask form via email) to email: email@example.com
Late entries at 10€ per start can be sent until Thursday 19:59.
Withdraw deadline is the Thursday of the competition week at 19:59. Withdraws should be sent to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Entry fee: 7 € per start. The invoices for Estonian teams will be issued at the end of the competition. Foreign teams are required to pay the start fee in cash on the spot. The invoices are created based on the number of starts at the withdraw deadline.
Places I-III in every event in eachcategory will be awarded with medals and prizes. The best swimmers (according to FINA points) in every category will be awarded with a cup and sponsors prizes. Prizes are sponsored by FINIS. Awards are handed out only during the awarding ceremony

The swimming competition will be held under FINA rules and regulations. Competition will be individual. Heats will be seeded based on entry times, with fastest heats first. 100m, 200m and 400m distances are held as direct finals. 50m distances are held as preliminaries and finals. The first 16 swimmers will advance to the finals in each event based on preliminary times. All questions will be solved by the swimming referee Mihhail Strungar, +372 53321533
The organizer may change the structure of the competition in case of less than 200 or more than 400 participants.
